Im trying to find out what stereo is in my car, can't seem any numbers or anything on it.

Its an oem double din has sat nav, handsfree and bose speakers.
Car is a 57 plate S3.

A little miffed that my corsa had an aux input and this doesn't.

Most likely RNS-E if it has sat nav. If you have the Audi head unit keys you can remove it to find the part number.
If you have VCDS you can find the part number using that.

I'll try with vcds, do you know if it's possible to add an aux in to it?

It is possible to add AUX. There is a guide on here somewhere.

Yes you can add auxin, requires wiring & coding, we supply/fit these if interested, PM for more info.
