Hi guys

Just bought an Audi A3 1.6 TDi 2010.

why are there steering wheel paddles on the wheel if its a manual gearbox? am I missing something?

also both of the buttons dont do anything! can the setting be altered to stop them working?

the volume wheel and the radio channel wheel work on tthe steering wheel, but the rest seem redundant, is this right?

Someone has retrofitted a auto wheel instead of manual, probably was cheaper at the time.

Yes unless you have BT or SDS fitted, the others will be no use.

the car has only done 23K miles and is just 3 years old, but you think its not the original steering wheel?

There you go :)

No its not original wheel if its a manual car.

Or maybe it was a dsg car and someone swapped the gearbox. :tocktock: ;)

Maybe they are fitted just so you can pretend its a dsg so you have the best of both
