I haven't weighed them myself but I have had the passenger seat out twice and put it this way, they aren't easy to carry. I've definitely read it in a post that someone weighed a seat but now can't find it.

Standard a4 base spec seat I weighed at 23kgs so probably around that sort of weight. New bucket with mounts and welded in rails came to about 13kgs.

I jus can't help thinking, if o stripped the car out the back end would be very light and the way I drive hard, the last thing I would want it mega oversteer out of the blue

It wont unless you lift off. The rear of my A4 is fully stripped out and have a solid 28mm rear ARB and strutbraces. Only ever steps out when you lift off. Lift off oversteer is great for shedding off understeer so once you get to know how to control it better it`s a nice little thing for track work and so on.
