SRI not resetting?

Hi,

My service light has been on for a week! Oil\Filter\Plugs changed!

I've tried the SRI function with VCDS and although it appears to reset (the light\spanner goes out) as soon as I switch the car off and on again, it comes back and states "Service Due". I seem to remember something similar last year, but I managed to sort it - can't remember how I did it then.

Any idea what I'm doing wrong or if there's another function that needs manually resetting?
