Sqeaking Driver Seat (std S3 seats)

As title, bolster has started squeaking and is driving my nuts.

No obvious damage or failure to the seat, everything is still intact.

Is there anywhere to get a bit a silicone spray into?

Im sure this is all the dealer will do so though it easier to do it myself rather than have the hassle of a dealer visit.

It sounds like its coming from the area where the height adjuster is. This does get used quite a bit as the wife uses the car (even though she has her own) and messes around with the seat height.

Few squirts of silicone spray.
Fixed.

Mine's driving me nuts!! Need to get me some of that spray!! Halfords??

Had some bike chain spray lying around in the Garage, seems to have done the trick.

Few squirts under the seat height adjuster and behind the `tilt`adjuster (you will need to pull the fabric flap out of the way).
Job done.
