Recently purchased a 2001 A6 2.7T for a GREAT price and my only dissappointment is the car's handling characteristics. Too bouncy and too much roll on the corners.

What is involved in upgrading to match the specs of a car with the Sport package?? Rims, tires, seats, shocks, stabilizer bars, etc.

Please be detailed. I may take this on.

My 2001 A6 2.7T Quattro has the sport suspension, and my son has an identical car except for the color, but with the standard suspension.

The differences in handling are slightly more roll resistence, but still the same amount of pitch (anti-dive).
The shock valveing is a bit tighter, especially in rebound.

The other difference is the seats which have more side bolster and a slightly longer seat bottom.
