Spoiled Gmbh Spoiler.....

Does anyone have any ideas .... grill in the Audi Quattro RS Gmbh front spoiler has shattered (offside) and local dealer wants £700.00 to fit a new front spoiler - apparently they don't do the separate parts any longer ????? ( Car is 02 3.0 A4 )

I thought the "Gmbh" front spoiler and grilles were the same as the S-line?

Is it the same as below? If so the grilles are available seperately from vagparts.com
