Speed cameras in Wales

Jeepers. Spent the weekend in Carmarthenshire and I have honestly never seen so many roadsigns (specifically speed camera signs) and speed cameras in one place in all my life. If any of you live around there I feel for you (though not that much as was a pretty nice bit of countryside otherwise). I guess this must be the kingdom of the famous Chief Constable for South Wales. Must be depressing to have such great roads spoiled by such big-brotherism.

true but it also must save lives considering the number of teenage deaths in wales and cheshire that are traffic related!

watched traffic cops today and cant understand why people dont think it necessary to brake before taking a bend in the rd!
