Speed camera data for MMI sat nav

Please can anyone tell me how you can add location data for Speed cameras in the UK?

I know you can on the b9 A4, and other new models that feature the same Sat Nav system. Not sure about older models.

You need to take out an annual subscription with Pocket GPS and download to an SD Card and then upload to the Sat Nav.
