iv had my car now for a month or so and gradually noticed a crackling/popping sound coming from the dash and pillar speakers. it does this even when the stereo is off! the past week its become unbearable and i was on the verge of driving with headphones on :music:

finally pulled my finger out so a local specialist near me could have a look. been there two days now and they still cant find the fault! there going to replace one of the speakers to see if this cures it. but im not convinced, why would it do this even with the unit off!?

I think the previous owner had a hand free kit or something because I found out my tax disk holder is an aerial! so maybe the problem is linked some how :uhm:

has anybody experienced this or know what it might be?

hopefully you can see my video link :/
