Someone in Winchester/Basingstoke area who could activate cruise control

I'm looking for someone with VCDS in Hampshire who could activate the retrofitted cruise control in my 06 Audi A3.. I've tried to contact a few of the local people on the users map but had no luck.

Anyone help?
