Lol yeh it was a ryt mess until i sorted the bracket and finally decided where the Dv was goin, heres how i had it but iv since changed it back to standard but not got a pic yet
You binning the dv relocation kit off then?
Dont even think about it man!
Yes dude, it was more trouble than its worth tbf, kept getting fault from throttle to intercooler and once put back standard all was well again.
Nobody likes a show off
I think it looks nicer without the "Forge" sticker on the engine cover.
Now that is nice, I would like........!
I agree!,the second pic was from a forge day (notice the forge bit's),the first pics is how it normaly looks!,fnx !!
Your DV is on backwards, probably doesn't make too much difference but they are chamfered to let air out one way as well as being mounted that way it is able to be sucked open by boost pressure where as round the other way it isn't.
Will have to get some closer one up but here is the beast anyway...
Liquids3's S3 in the flesh is mint! The bay looks so empty by comparison to standard models. I've also never seen an S3 that's quite so beautiful.
So have you got an Audi
Pretty sure he's got a golf?
Edit only just seen the picture (it's pretty obvious) bloody iPhone didn't load it first time lol
I had mine the other way round and when it went to RS Tuning the swapped it round
If you look at most dump valves you will see they are mounted like the above
Yeh it didnt stay like that for long, its not remapped so i never had any problems, only had a problem when the dv was down by the throttle body.
Heres my bay, with & without the cover
To be continued.....
that manifold is nuts!!!!!!
