Not a bad tyre actually. quiet .grippy .bit tentative in the wet but Haven't spun it yet

I machine polished the whole car, so just covered the bits where polish and stuff gets stuck or plastics where it ruins it

Gave my new car it’s first wash yesterday and gave it a coat of Bilt Hamber double speed wax.

Rather pleased with how it came out.

Thx @SPIKE_S1 . Have been messing about with products to get the desired finish..

Its a layered approach of... Car Pro - Reload, Poor Boys - Liquid Natty Red wax and Dodo Juice - Red Mist.

This combines the warm glow of the wax with the mirror shine of a sealant. The dodo juice red mist is the sacrificial layer that culminates the look, creating a super high gloss finish and provides that ‘wet look ‘and silky smooth finish that helps Misano in my opinion to look its best.

Came out well but it’s hard work getting it off. Almost gave up.

Anyway. Here’s the outcome.

Less is best with that stuff mate, it’s what I use.

Low temps could also be playing its part too though?

Yeah. I’m guessing it’s down to the temp as I used it vary sparingly. Will save it for the spring.

BH's profile says "North East" and I think the secret is having a garage. My car would be so much cleaner if I had a usable garage (mine's full of kids bikes and lawn mowers).

It’s not that NE is near Sahara Desert, if anything it is worse for rain @scotty76. I studied at Durham Uni for few months and decided to change as I struggled to understand a single word they would say. Not to mention it used to be cold and wet all the time .

Garage or not BH’s ride is too ****** clean. I would like to see his ‘before’ and ‘after’ pictures as well

Took me 2 days of cleaning to get it like it is in post 795 above mate
Fortunately I have a double garage. It helps a lot that SWMBO has a car too so can concentrate on my car
I don't normally do a before & after but I will do next time, just for you @Tashfeen my friend
TBH I would have been too ashamed to do a before pic this time
I've been told I'm a bit anal about my cars by my family, but I don't know how they come by this conclusion ... lol
