As people know the s*** has well and truely hit the fan for me with my life and relationship. As it now looks like I am going to have to take the mortgage on on my own I won't have spare cash for quite some time.

I was thinking should I have one last silly splurge and buy myself the intercooler kit for my A4 or should I be sensible and keep hold of the pennies?

I'm battling with myself here as part of me says I should make the most while she is still paying her half of the bills.

Nice to see you back on the forum!
i dunno how this works, but would you need to check with the mortgage company if you can pay by yourself?

i don't know how much would a intercooler goes for?

keep the cash in reserve for a rainy day! the intercooler won't make that much of a difference to the car unless you were doing more bigger mods

Paperworks on its way to the mortgage company now.

Intercooler kit is £200, so I guess with mysensible head on i should keep hold of the cash.

The mortgage co, will deal with just you no probs.

Sensible head says with your current mods it will make no real difference, if however you are looking to do more then it may be a good investment.

I had to do it as i had changed the turbo to the hybrid, and it was a pressie for my GF
