    Someone posted on Audiworld that the electromechanical steering that is now fitted on the A3 can be adjusted via VAG COM. If this is true it can be adjusted to give less assistance /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/grin.gif

    Can anyone confirm?

    Yes, its true, though what you hope to gain as the system is variable according to speed I'm not to sure...

    Yes it is adjustable so that the sterring effort can be higher or lower at all speeds. I have driven a vehicle with full assist and it is very sensitive to driver input.
