Service parts for 3.0 cab

Hi all,

im geting my car serviced this week from a friend of mine whos a mechanic.

can you please let me know what parts i need for the service and which type of oil to use?

please add to my list if ive missed out anything

spark plugs
oil filer
air filter
oil - which type

Whats the mileage on the car how long has it been since the last service these all matter! But any way i would use an independent specialist do the job especially on your car there quite reasonable! The advice is dont mess leave it to the experts!

it was last serviced 2 years ago at 41k, its now done 53k.

Did it have the multi gearbox oil changed at the last service??? they are supposed to be every 40k so if it wasn't i'd be getting this done before anything else!!!

yes the gearbox oil was changed at 40k service along with the brake oils.
