    Hi all,

This question has probably already been answered on here and if anyone could post me a link to the thread I'd be very grateful.
So I've just nicely finished servicing my a3 and I have followed the manual on how to reset the service interval on the dash, the oil change has reset itself to 9100 miles or 365 days but the service has only set itself to service due in 1400 miles or 104 days. Anybody any idea how I change it to the same as the oil change date?

    Cheers in advance,

    Rob

Depending on the year of your A3 you're most likely going to need VCDS to reset the service interval. Mines a pre facelift 2008 and only the oil change can be reset using the dash stalks. I have a feeling later cars might have the option in the DIS menu somewhere.

VCDS will definitely get it sorted for you. There's a user map on the forum to help you locate someone with a genuine cable and software I'm your area. Chuck them a PM and offer a beer token and I'm sure they'd help you out.
