For sale in the classifieds section
Offers over £550
Note: Car also for sale - £5500 (without plate)
you'll be lucky mate, S3*** arent hard plates to get hold of
Good luck with the sale matey. On a side note, are those RSTT alloys only 17"? They just look a bit small that's all!
I would personally try and sell the car with the plate on it, might even speed the sale up.
Havent you just brought the car???
Hmmm the S3 *** plates are £250 from dvla.
the plate is definately overpriced there mate £200 tops id be asking for it
i have seen a s3 plates for £100 on dvla, you have no chance what so ever a £550, i would leave it on there IMO, my mate just bought a m3 plate, m3 uhh, he payed £140 all in,
http://www.newreg.co.uk/search/search_results/homepage/text/newSearch/none/none/S3/1/index.html, s3 plates for £143, S3 AAY £143
The plate is worth what someone is prepared to pay for it. So you can't say how much it's worth, it's irrelevant what the cost of S3 plates are on the dvla web site. Good luck with the sale.
well dont forget thweres an £80 fee to transfer on top....worth what someone will pay agreed, but stick £1mil price tag on and the likelyhood is that it simply wont sell
the plate is exactly the same as s3 aay, except the u, the plate would only mean something to anyone with a s3, or the initials auy, good luck with the sale, but i do think you have over priced it a tad bit
obviously he's not going to get a million pounds for it, all i am saying from my experience from selling private plates is that you can get more or less for a plate depending on who bidding at the time.
hey im not arguing mate, although what you say is logic, defining factor is 'does he want to sell it'
I thought that when I saw the car a few weeks back in that photo, look like original A3 alloys...
