    Hi Guys
Recently got my first Audi.. an A3 Sportback Sport TDI 170
I am in love with the car already after just one week.. lol
However, my job sometimes means I get grease and oil on my clothes, instead of messing about changing to drive home, I was wondering if you can get seat covers than won't prevent the side airbag from doing its stuff in the event of an accident.
    Any help is appriciated. :)

If you really want to put a seat cover on instead of changing clothes and driving home then get a seat cover on the seat, mark where the airbag is and then cut out a hole where you marked. Job done.

Plenty on Ebay - I have some on my A3 - the side panel of the seat covers are a flap, with velcro to hold it in place.

i would just save the hassel and change at work.

whats stopping dirt/ grease going on to the seat belt..? out at the weekend with decent clothes on, get out the car with a seat belt mark from the dirt.

    just my thoughts.
