hi guys can any 1 help my iPhone 6 turns the mmi screen black and does a reset when I plug it in the dealership says it's the its cos it's a new phone and it doesn't do it with older phones what should I do
Go back to the dealer and tell them to read their service documentation. The iPhone 6 and 6s is a supported device and should work without issue, however it might be that your MMI needs an update or you have a faulty cable / AMI.
My iPhone 6 Plus done something similar and ask the dealer to look at it when it was being serviced and he said they updated the system and it required a new lead which he gave me. It is the yellow lead you need now 4FO 051 510 AL
