Ok so a few more mods done here are some pics let me know what you think. . . .
Mod 1 - Pressed Plates
Nice touch im happy with them. . . .
Mod 2 - Cupra R Front Splitter
Happy with this aswell wasnt sure how it would work with the votex, had to push it back a little further than I would have like with the recess in the splitter being smaller than the recess in the skirt but overall looks tidy and imo OEM
nice read brother keep up the good work, whats next
Cheers m8, You get your wheels refurbed then? erm next. . . . Started a thread on Bose LED speaker grilles, so if the price is right ill be getting them, then I think im guna get a set of alu pedal to sort the footwell out
nah mate got a little plan mate
Like the plates dude. Not really feeling the splitter, front end looks busy as it is.
Cheers Nath, dont think it makes it look any better just abit lower and stoppin my bumper gettin scrathced to bits tbh
like the plates mate looks tidy but you have blurred it out on one of the pics but you can read it plane as day in a few of the other pics lol , not to sure on the lcr splitter tho get a further out pic of the car not so close to the front end if you get me
Will do m8, anar pic wudnt be the same if a blurred it so thort ad just stick this 1 on. dnt really know why you have to do it tbh
just gives people an idea how it sits under the bumper from a tad further away ie as if you were driving towards the car sort of thing
Yea i see what you mean m8 ill get on it
personally i think its one of those things that will grow on people if it doesnt the who cares its your car lol
Well said Fran
He does have a way with words, but so right haha

Alrite peeps! long time new rims purchased ready for decent weather will report back with photoes when the snow and frost does one. Hope everyone is well
where you been man ?? looking forward to the new pics
Just been busy with loads of work at uni and stuff mate with it being my last year. Still looked after the motor though. I wish there was some other mods that i wanted to do to it though cos I must say im happy with it as it is. Ive probly missed some mods that i would be interested in like with not being on here for so long. How you keeping anyway and whats change with your motor?
yeah i can understand that matey busy times eh , ha yeah kno what you mean man i wish i ahd more time/money to do some mods to mine but it aint happening at the mo , nowt much really redone my front audi rings with red splatter paint also my centre caps the same too looks amazing
wanted to do something different to the norm
Looking good mate, i thought you would have air ride the lot on by now haha
haha i wish mate
Ok so I decided today that I dont think we will be getting anymore snow so Ive fitted the new Rims, here they are.
Looking good mate
I like the rest of the car, but I'm really not feeling those rims - I don't see the point of putting a non-Audi logo on an Audi, for a start, and I don't know if it's just the photo (I've never seem them in person) but those rims always look like a cut up tin takeaway tray to me.
Fair doo's, dont really see what difference a centre cap makes myself but each to there own and I really dont know where your coming from about the wheels they are a quality well built rim with style and class that have been used many times on flawless show winning cars.
P.s who cuts up take away trays? surely you would just chuck them in the bin
Ditto, ive never been able to level with it, otherwise a very nice car.
looks good mate
Looks amazing on the new rims mate. I didn't think I would in my head, but looking at it I prefer these over your old set of Bentleys I think!
Maybe just wind the nose down (or the back up) a touch to level out that reverse rake and you'll have nailed it mate.
nose down ftw , thats why I've left the rear up a tad so its got no nasty RR
I'm not sure, maybe that's why it seems so alien to me
As always mate, each to their own - I'm not really into most show cars, if I'm honest, so I wouldn't take my taste too much to heart - I'm more into smaller, subtle changes. I really can't say what it is I don't like about the rims though, other than the above analogy which doesn't quite work either. Something about the way the spokes overlap the outer ring of the rim, or the lack of sidewall making it look like the tyres are flat... I can't quite put my finger on it.
It's not even that I think they particularly bad, they just don't sit right with me for some reason. Anyway, enough meandering explanation, I very much suspect I'm in the minority on this one
Car looks top notch to me, lots to aspire to.
I like your old five spoke B's better, then these ones.....I think ..
All the way down on the front peeps massively cba messing around with the back, its staying as it is im happy haha
Yea I think I do too, good job I kept them isnt it haha!
havnt quite made my mind up yet though opinions?
