Scirocco 19s on S3

Just after a few opinions on the above title. I have seen them on the mk4 golfs but haven't seen any on the s3s so far.
I would just put them on to see what they are like but i'd need to buy adapters, which brings me onto my next question. 19" wheels with 15mm adapters (the thinnest i can find) will i have problems with rubbing at the front ?

I don't think so - I think the Mk5/6 Golf platform cars have a higher offset wheel - something in the high 40s from memory, so taking your 15mm spacers into account, that would give a revised offset of mid/low 30s which isn't that far away from the OE S3 wheels.

a guy on this forum did it a while ago with genuine scirroco alloys. i think it looked really nice. i dont know what set up he was using as far as spacers etc.
