Sat Nav Satellite reception stopped

Hi

My car (A4 Cabriolet) was recently returned from the dealer, following some rear end accident repairs, with the sat nav not working correctly. It does not receive any satellites so does not know where it is located. Have they disconnected something and forgotten to reconnect it or has something else occured. They are suggesting the thing is now too old and it is purely a coincidence.

Any help or advice would be very much appreciated.

The repair centre are talking out of their backside. The antenna will be located at the rear of the car, but as you have a softtop i would not like to say exactly. Give us more information about the year of your car, this will help find the information on Elsa Win workshop manual
