Do you mean just the 'diffuser' part? The rest is a one piece unit.
Try TPS or Audi, you could probably pick a second hand one up from a breaking car on ebay.

mine is a very early b6 s4 and mine is actually in 2 parts
the back bumper and then an insert for the actual exhaust surround , you can clip this bit in and out
i wanted to swap it for a larger b7 exhaust surround but unfortunatly they are one piece

Have you actually tried to take it out? It looks like it clips in but it doesn't its all one piece. The B6 cab it was 2 part and could be swapped for a B7 valance. The B7 ones can be taken off
