How do you remove the needles off the dials,they appear to just pull off put seem very tight and i dont want to break anything !!

very carefully is the answer
i used a very thin kitchen fork which i slid underneath then lifted straight up, there on pretty tight and you need to put them back in exactly the right place
are you just swapping needles? s4 clocks are compatable if you get vag tacho to pull skc and youve got vag com, just copy softcode from original clocks so they know its a 4 cylinder etc..

Yes just swapping the needles,was going to change the face as well but it will put the speedo out by about 3mph.I would like to fit the s4 clock pod straight i but i have no idea about what vag tacho is and skc and i dont have vag com either.Is the 4 digit number on the back of the clocks anything to do with the code ??
