S4 Grill retro-fit?

Has anyone fitted or know if an S4 grill(B8) will fit onto my B8 2.0 tdi 143 s-line? (Without modifying bumper)

I have no idea but I did recently fit the Black Edition grille onto my S line. I have heard the S4 is slightly different.
