S4 Cat Back Exhaust

I'm thinking of upgrading my exhaust with a stainless cat back. Will this affect my performance in anyway and does it matter what type of exhaust i get as long as it fits correctly?

Go for a Milltek exhaust with Amd Engine Remap. Takes the 4.2 V8 to 400Bhp. Not sure on the Bi Turbo but they do have options for the whole S4 range. They are in Bicester and the number is 01869 323205.
