Has anyone had a problem with there caliper. The o/s front rattles on bumpy road surfaces i've narrowed it down to the 3 pins the caliper slides on. The pins don't look worn but even though there pack with grease they still rattle Any ideas one

Change the pins, it doesn't need to be worn, it could be a problem with your particular caliper i.e a QA problem and it slipped through, therefore its been on the car since new... Dunno just a thought...

I would check out the "bent" arm ball joint. This may well be the cause if you only hear the rattle when applying the brakes lightly over bumpy surfaces.

Definitely ain't the ball joints i've just change them both, but i'll look down the caliper bush route does anyone know whether you can replace them or is it a new caliper ?
