S4 B5 lucas HP2 brake caliper rebuild kit

    Does anyone know the part number for a S4 B5 HP2 caliper rebuild kit as shown in the "A4mods.com caliper rebuild how-to". Mine are the later HP2s with the aluminium housing and top retainer clip for the pads, earlier version had no pad clip on the top and steel/iron housing (i think it was steel or iron).

    I've emailed A4mods but no answer yet.

    My advice is, bin them and fit the later ATE caliper. Much better design.

    I thought it would be nice to upgrade, perhaps if i come across a cheap set one day I will bin these.
    Anyway after a bit of research I found that Audi do seal kit as well as Brakeparts and possibly others, I just ordered a set of seals from Audi and slider boots from Brakeparts.
    Now I just need some spare time to have a go as offside caliper is getting sticky!

    You can get them on ebay for 50ish per caliper, not really much more than you'll have spent on rebuild parts.
