How do I control my memory radio stations from the steering wheel controls, on a 2011 S3....?

At the momment, if your turn the wheel on the steering wheel, it flicks through all the station.... So it is a pain in the ass going from Radio 1 to local radio, as I have to go via 7 other radio stations....!

    Any help would be great....

People are lazy these days. Back in the past everyone were moaning that radios could have 1 station programmed, now you have more and still not happy;)
