    Hi all,

Sorry now if this has been asked over and over. But cannot find anything.

But will the springs from the s3 work on an 1,9tdi fwd.

Not interested in aftermarket just oem .

Also if they do, does anyone have part numbers ?

Fairly sure quattro (which S3 is) suspension is different.

I've been trying to figure out something similar - it looks as if FWD cars had two basic ride heights - standard and sport/s line. However the front spring lengths and thickness also vary between models (presumably due to the different weights of the engines) If you have sport suspension already, the way to go lower is aftermarket. If you have standard springs, OEM sport springs for the same engine variant as you have will get you riding lower.
