S3 MAP sensor pipe on a3 fmic

Hey guys just a quick one does the a3 Quattro use the same MAP sensor as the s3 and if so when fitting a fmic could I use a modified/cut down s3 pipe instead of getting one from forge as the forge ones are 4 times the price. Thanks guys

Technically you can yes it but don't cut it as you will loose the swaged ends and the reinforcement for clamp tightening...

Map sensor needs to be post FMIC and as the A3's inlet is the other side to the S3 your biggest issue is room

Cheers tuffty I had a serious look at it but thought it's going to be such a ball ache of a job to make it fit for not that much saving, so I just gave in and ordered the forge one lol oh well wellycooler here I come
