S3 High-beam wattage

I was wondering... I've only had non-xenon cars before, with them it was only leagal with 55W H4. And, there was some sort of ampere limiter so it didnt matter if you where using stronger bulbs. On the S3, is it high-beam only bulbs? or is it low-beam/high-beam standard bulbs? And what wattage is the standard, and does anyone know if like 110Watts works fine?
