S3 front mats and sevice parts

    hi lads where can I get S3 front mats from do I have to go to the stealers ? also im thinking of changing the filters and plugs and oil change . but do I go to audi garage ? my local halfords seem a bit nafany input would be a great help thanks.

    they are 40 quid from stealers which is not expensive considering they are hard wearing,you can get the S3 logo ones (don't like the idea of wiping my feet on the S3 badge)

    I get a set of front mats from Audi every year for £40. I reckon they are good value.

    are the mats £40 with the S3 logo I cant believe the stealers do cheap when I paid £200.00 for them to fit a battery

    no...just the standard cloth (carpet) mats with no logo

    I was looking at getting some new mats for my A3 due to the drivers side getting a little bit thin, pretty chuffed a new sets only going to set me back £40 :D

    £200 for a battery change? £56 for a Calcium battery from my local motor factors and around 10 minutes to swop it over for old one, £200 is daylight robbery!

    The new Audi stealership on the Stratford Road wanted £140 to quote me for a new window regulator on my car, even though I already had the part number and could tell them exactly what the problem was.

    It bloody well is, they're getting over £1k off me on the 23rd!

    Still, I get a loan car for the day so I dont have to entertain myself in Cannock for the day when I'm stuck without my car

    LOL...fair do's when are you getting that done then mate??

    Once you get it done, you up for coming to Cov one Wednesday night, went this week, was a really good turnout as the weather was good....But I was the only Audi driver there!!

    I'll check my shifts, saying that I'm sure I can swing by there when I'm at work, although I'm not sure a plod astra would go down all that well :busted_cop:

    No worries, nah its cool mate, they do the odd visit from time to time as well, so I dont think anyone would mind.
