S3 facelift headlight retro fit?

hi, looking at new headlights and i have a pre facelift S3 and want to fit facelift lights...has anyone done this? is it possible? and ive heard that they dont wuite fit to the arch or something along those lines?

You have to cut a bit on the inside of the wing but other than that they fit.

brilliant thanks for the help...is there any splicing of wires to make the HID kit work?

If you have an s3 with xenons as standard and get a pair of s3 facelift lights with xenons as standard then it will plug straight. If you have an a3 and want to fit hids in them then get a kit designed for your car and it should plug straight in.
