im just wondering if a S3 exhaust will fit 2.0 TFSI quattro, are the turbo manifold where it joins the downpipe the same size?

    thanks in advance

Different turbos (K03 vs K04, right?) so I'd imagine different sizes on the turbo, though I think the actual downpipe diameter is the same so maybe not.

Afaik it's bolt on job, as long as it's from a 3 door on to a 3 door ect and an s3 exhaust is good enough for stage 2+ on a k03 as well which is good if that's what you was thinking. Saves buying miltek ect

Yes it will fit, I have an Milltek S3 TBE on my 2.0T, which assumes an S3 OEM exhaust would fit too.

I'm pretty sure the exhausts are identical in diameter so wouldn't benefit in fitting a standard s3 exhaust

Why not an s3 can handle stage 1 remap at 310 with standard exhaust, so why can't it be put on a k03 at stage 2 + with 280bhp?

Well if you can get one cheap enough, but im sure you could hunt down a milltek for similar cash?

Because k04 is a bigger turbo and has more power for the same restrictive pipe?

Just a guess, but makes sense. The pipes could be the same but the bigger power turbo will have less trouble with it and make obvious larger gains
