I do not think it does as I cannot think of where it could be! Why do you ask?

I couldnt see anything when i had a look.

I ask as i have a leak noise when i give the car full throttle (like a kettle whistle) sounds like a boost or vac leak. checked all the boost pipes and connectors, replaced the O rings on the boost pipe and tightend all the clamps.done a vacom log and spec v's actual seems to meet. Could the turbo overboost to meet the specified if it was leaking??
Thought it might be the EGR leaking boost as i have heard of that on other cars but cant be that as it dosent look like it has one.
Could it be the wastegate not closing propely?

Also I have changed the PCV aswell. problem is still there :ermm:

Take the recirc valve off and see if it has collapsed like this:

It won't look like that but the red cap in the middle might be cracked. What year is your S3?

Audi revised the diverter valve to a rev D - costs around £50 from Audi. I would recommend you get the latest version, even if it isn't broken or a forge recirc.

Have you an intake on the car or the standard air box?

If you have an intake, check all the connection and to the turbo.
