Right went out in my S3 Today lol (Got 3 S3's BTW). Whilst driving on dual carrigeway, the car pulled to the left andf steering started to vibrate, first i thought wheel bolts are loose. I pulled over and checked the wheel bolts. All were tight, then i get back in and drive a car length forward. Its making a very faint growling sound, so i pull up and call out a tow truck.

Anyway looked in the middle of the road and i find a "Ball Bearing" sat there. Was covered in greese and was very hot, Its the size of malteasers i would say lol.

Then got the car home and whilst backing it in my drive, Guess what it ****s another bearing out.

I rekon its propshshaft bearing? or could it be driveshaft bearing?

    What are your thoughts guys?

look to small for driveshaft bearings but could be the inner ones, a simple look at the boots will confirm
