Car (2007) came with RNS-D (CD and no map version) fitted.

What's invloved and what's the likely cost of swapping this with the DVD/map RNS-E version ? Is it a dealer job or can it be sourced more cheaply and fitted by others?

I think your car from 2007 would have come with a BNS 5.0 CD based Nav, not an RNS-D as they stopped fitting them in 2004.

It should be fairly straight forward, but you may have to move the BOSE wire if your car is equipped with BOSE.
