S3 - 19" wheels - Which pressure?

I`ve seen many of you have fitted 19 inch wheels to your cars, can you suggest which tire pressure do you use?

The fuel filler suggests 39/30 for the 18 inch wheels, seems really low. Also, did any of you had to diasble the TPMS?? My car has it but hasnt thrown the code yet.

I think my 19s are in and around 32 - might have to get them checked out!
