S Series wingmirror paint code?

    Any one know what the paint code is? It's actually for an A5 but figured they are all the same paint and this board is busier :)

    Are you referring to the ally type ones, if so they're not painted.

    Most body shops can produce a colour close to the alloy look wing mirrors

    I thought that was the case a few years ago but now Audi just spray the S mirrors as a cost cutting exercise?

    No, they dont spray, its plated.

    Yup, as you say, used to be solid alum but now they are plastic mirrors that are plated/coated - a lot lighter & cheaper!
