S-Line Front Bumper advice needed

I'm looking to replace my front sport bumper with an S-Line bumper. I've come across a couple on eBay but need help on which one it is i need.

They're both apparently S-line front bumpers but one has a mid section where the grill goes and the other doesn't. Both are described as bumper skins? Can someone advise me on which one i require and if additional parts are require. Thanks

Would they not fit a 2006 A3? or is modification required?

You'll need a new bonnet, lights and front wings to make them fit.
