When reversing with people sat in the back there is a rumbling noise from the rear. Sound like something is dragging on the road.
There is also knocking coming from the rear going over big bumps but only with people sat in the back.
Fine without anyone sat in the back.
Recently passed an MOT with no advisories.

Sounds like the exhaust's hitting something under there. It shows up more in reverse because of the way the engine flexes on the mounts. Do you get a knock when you lift off sharply at high revs too? Have a look to see if it's obviously close to anything, doing it more/only with weight in the back suggests that what it's hitting is probably the rear beam.

The exhaust is loose at the joint where the back box meets the middle pipe. Looks like some has done a PPR (p**s poor repair) on it.
