RS4 Mirrors

I've just been told by an Audi Garage that these will not fit on a B7 Audi. Anyone tried? Anyone know what the mounting on the door looks like?

I can post some pics of the mirror mounts if this helps

I have seen them fiitted to b6 over on tyresmoke.net a while back should think they would fit on a b7

They will fit, you just need to use the entire mirror unit including the mounts. Typical dealership answer...

Yes they fit, i bought a piar off ebay, off a scrapped car, they had the wiring and fixing plate and it just went straight onto a B7 standard mirror fixings and wiring loom.

they are no longer on my car though as they were stolen off the car within 24 hours..........ebay have been advised of a member who might be selling and stealing the same bits.

I have the whole thing, mounting plate & loom - I will tell the stealership to get it sorted.
