Rs4 b7 vacuum help needed

I'm looking for some help on my vacuum system.
I have no vacuum whatsoever on the unit I have pictured.
What should I be checking ?

It's the pipe of the canister.
It comes from the canister and the tank.
There is no vacum on this pipe it is only the vapors of the tank.
Check DTC first.
