    Sounds good but I wonder why he put it in manual as he didn't appear to touch the paddles once. Some amount of under steer in some corners judging by the amount of steering input.

    Been to the ring twice but on the bike really makes me want to go in the car.

    I'd happily come along if you are serious about a 'ring trip. I lived near the 'ring for a few years in the mid 90's and did quite a few laps in my 306 Gti-6 - the track was much quieter in those days. It is a scary beast of a track and can catch out the unwary - you won't be going quite as quickly as the lad in the videos unless you put some serious hours in. The 'ring driving school is well worth the money - they used E36 M3's when I did it and I'd imagine they use the current M3 or M5 now.

    If you want a mini experience of what the 'ring is really like before you go a day out at Cadwell Park is well worth the money, although much shorter it has a similar width, changeable weather, level of grip, surface and elevation changes.
