Rough idle on start

Now that the mornings are getting colder I have noticed that on first start when the cars cold, it seems to be running rough on idle and shaking the car a bit. Drives fine when warmed etc. Any ideas? Its a 1.9TDI (AWX)

Coolant temp sensor failure would be my first suspect.

Already changed that less than a year ago mate with a genuine part,

Cheers might start with the plugs and see how it goes.

Nearly every diesel I've had starts like that in the cold.
