Any thoughts on this, I want to upgrade my RNS-D to the E and connect my iPhone to it, but i want to use iPhone as my media centre, ie Video playback onto satnav screen, and play music through it....Now im guessing it could only work through AV inputs? Does the RNS-E have AV inputs as standard?

not as standard, youd need an interface to allow av input then iphone into interface with composite leads.

yes i did see the interfaces, going this route means manually using the iphone to browes and play stuff, mind you that wouldnt be a major problem. One question though, i preusme, like my tv on the rns-d you can still use satnav and listen/watch at same time. Seeing as the iphone plays movies, music, freeview TV, i dont see the point in having a dvd or cd changer anymore.....
