    I'm running V similar 150x 2G card in My RNS-E with no problems max no of tracks 512 I believe. IE about 4MB per track. I'm pleased with the result.

    Just make sure you format it with FAT32 first before loading the tracks! Failed to do this recently and got a "Data Corrupted" error message.

    Agree with Jonno above - the RNS-E doesn't have an SD card size limit (people on http://www.navplus.us have been using 4GB with no problems), but the unit can't work with more than 512 files.
