I'm thinking of replacing my 18's (OEM speedlines on an S3 8P) with a set of 19" rotors (probably replicas). I currently have std suspension with H&R front springs.

Has anyone done this? Is there any noticeable difference in ride quality as I find it fairly stiff / bumpy already (compared to previous Audis)?

Just front springs? Why?

on 19s will look like a truck if not lowered properly. I've 19" bbs ch on my s3 with 235/35/19 Pirelli p zero tyres.

Ride is hard but not more so than standard.

19" CHs, rotors, Speedlines and soon "others" here. Lowered on 25mm h and r same as Boydie and I think it looks awesome. Ride is a little firm but wouldn't have it any other way. :0))

As Boydie says,if you do it properly, there's no reason why the ride should be hard or unpleasant, but done badly,it can really affect the way the car handles.
